About me

My name is Freek Schepers and I am an Innovation consultant and practitioner.

I practice Innovation leadership at three levels:

1. By personally inventing, developing and implementing sustainable, safe and automatically dosed chemical & disinfection systems for the professional cleaning market
2. By creating and coaching multifunctional, multi-site and multi-partner teams focused on breakthrough innovation
3. By defining and implementing the R&D strategy, KPI's and processes that fit with the culture, capabilities and needs of the business leadership teams I work with, and that are focused on delivering the right mix of "new product development", "maintenance; and "cost saving'' projects to market.

I am fortunate to have worked in 6 countries in global, regional and local roles for small to large companies.
I look forward to your innovation-and R&D challenges!

Logo explained

The three bottom elements represent me following the traditional Innovation funnel steps of Concept selection, Development and Implementation in a gated process.
I also practice the top 'reversed funnel' to highlight that these steps take place in an external world of customers, (potential) development partners and market trends in which total project portfolio must periodically be reviewed against business strategy.
